Alongside our Borough Council partners, we’re creating ten new flexible workspaces in South London.
These workspaces will provide much-needed flexible, modern co-working spaces at the heart of each of our Boroughs. It’s about so much more than bricks and mortar; whether you’re a freelancer, a sole trader or running a business of any size, these workspaces will provide a space for you and your team to collaborate, network and get inspired. All opening in 2023!

A cluster of four workspaces is being created in Merton at Canons House, Vestry Hall, The Workary at Mitcham Library and Wimbletech at Wimbledon Library. These sites will provide affordable workspace across the Borough, enabling the development of local ideas into business opportunities.
Croydon Creative Digital Lab
A state-of-the-art Creative Digital Lab in Weatherill House, just off Purley Way, which will become a hub for the creative community and empower small business owners to develop digital content at industry standard in a prime location in South London.
Croydon RISE Innovation Centre
RISE will be a hub for creating and sustaining partnerships with large industry, local schools/colleges, local businesses, and councils to understand and co-develop opportunities for their communities to engage in the energy revolution and beyond.
Kingston Riverside Workspace
Flexible offices, meeting rooms, coffee shop and co-working space bathed in natural light, with enviable views of Kingston Bridge and the Thames. A perfect place to do business in the heart of one of London’s best shopping areas, close to Kingston’s train station and university.
A business hub in the heart of Morden containing a multi-use incubation space to support new business and enable training, networking, and a cultural offer within the Borough of Merton.
A landmark workspace, leisure, and destination space in the heart of Sutton High Street that will create a nurturing environment for people to connect and thrive in their work and personal lives.
Patch Twickenham: 42 York Street
A new community-focused enterprise and innovation hub in central Twickenham, including a locally-run café, podcast studio, and events space. Alongside workspace the space
will also be used to host a variety of events, from inspiring talks to supper clubs, business workshops, networking events and craft classes.
